Further to our notification to the community (http://mra.ilovemelville.co.za/2016/11/liquor-licence-transfer-objection-complaint-the-band-cafe/) regarding the illegal business affairs of the Band Cafe, liquor sales without a valid liquor licence, a complaints form is now available for download.

Once filled in, the complaint (form 19) must be emailed to Palesa Makhabane at the Gauteng Liquorboard – palesa.makhabane@gauteng.gov.za – and copied to to the MRA Liquor Portfolio sub-committee at mra-liquor@ilovemelville.co.za

It is not mandatory that you give information about yourself, you may remain anonymous. If you do give personal information, it will remain confidential.
