This is regrettably a late notice to alert you of a proposed rezoning of a sectional title unit in First Avenue to cater for high density accommodation – student commune.  It might well be that a commune is already in existence and they are trying to legalise it, but it could have negative impacts on the neighbourhood if this is approved and sets a precedent.
