Gauteng Liquor Act , 2003 (Act 2 of 2003)

Liquor Licenses are divided in two distinct categories namely

• On Consumption Liquor License; Liquor sold may only be consumed on the premises and may not be removed from the premises and
• Off Consumption Liquor License; Liquor sold may not be consumed on the premises.
