• City of Johannesburg – Noise Exemption Certificate

Dear Neighbour,

Rand Merchant Bank’s Annual Starlight Classic’s evenings involving the Johannesburg Festival Orchestra and a number of other musical performers will be held at the Club’s Auckland Park premises from approximately 18h30 – 22h30 on the evenings of Saturday 9th and Sunday 10^th September.

On Wednesday 6^th September there will be sound checks from 15h00 to 22h00.

On Thursday 7^th September there will be sound checks between 14h00 and 22h30.

On Friday 8^th September there will sound checks from 16h00 – 16h30 and there will be a final dress rehearsal between 18h30 and 22h30.

The Club, which is situated in Napier Road, Auckland Park, wishes to advise neighbouring residents of the possible increased sound levels during the period of the Orchestra’s rehearsal and performance. 

We trust that you will enjoy the music and that it will not cause any inconvenience to you or your families.
