Following concerns raised by the residents of Melville regarding the future of the 27 Boxes development and specifically the rumour regarding it becoming a student residence, the MRA Committee met with Citiq (Oscar Wisniewski, Asset Manager responsible for the 27 Boxes development) and the new agent for 27 Boxes (Chris Hajec, Seeff Managing Director).
